In this Cacao ceremony, we cultivate reverence and gratitude as well as our sacred intention to create space to journey into breath + sound. The exploration of this subtle heart-opening plant medicine can evoke beautiful and magical experiences.
EXPANSIVE CONSCIOUS BREATHING
We are in the process of renaming the word “breathwork” but it does convey the idea behind consciously breathing deeper and sharper than normal, often leading to expansive states of consciousness. The practice we are embarking on is Elemental Rhythm Breathwork; a complete experience that incorporates not just breathing exercises but movement, music, guided meditation, and sound to allow for breakthrough experiences. It also incorporates breathing techniques that are inspired by and in alignment with the 4 shamanic elements; Earth, Water, Air and Fire.

MAGICAL SOUND BATH
Through various intuitive techniques, the exploration of sound encourages and enhances healing, expansion, and harmonization. Sound healing is rooted in the philosophy that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies. It has been proven that sound, or vibration, has a strong impact upon substance as we are all energy.
Open to receive the vibrational medicine from magical sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, hand pan, flute, gong, chimes, shakers, rain stick, voice.
