Invite movement through dance and yoga into the body to create space to receive the energy healing + the vibrational medicine from magical sound instruments such as: crystal singing bowls, drums, hand pan, flute, gong, chimes, shakers, rain stick, voice.
The embodied motions we explore in the body alongside the sound bath + energy healing are intended to recalibrate your chakras to allow for energy to be balanced in your frequency.
All you have to do is be open to receiving the healing resonance in your vibration.
